We go beyond seeing you only when you are sick, in need of a prescription or annually for a well visit. We practice wellness medicine and coach you so you can avoid sickness altogether. While many medical providers offer prescription medications recommended by the pharmaceutical industry to treat symptoms, we apply a deeper understanding of the body’s functions on a cellular level. We offer combinations of therapies using peptides, hormones, vitamins, stem cells, exosomes, plasmalogens and other treatments for peak brain, heart, kidney, gut, skin and musculoskeletal health. Most providers see themselves as just your doctor, we see ourselves as your health partner.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is a basic interview that allows us to get to know a little bit more about you and for you to learn more about us. While you will be offered general medical advice if needed, this consultation is primarily to see if we are a good fit to enter a more formal healthcare relationship. We offer a 30-minute consultation for $150 and a 60-minute consultation for $250. If you choose to go forward with a more in-depth assessment and treatment plan, we will credit 50% of the initial consultation fee towards the next step.
In Depth Assessment

If you choose to receive a more detailed personal assessment, a 2-to-3-hour analysis with a full history that includes review of your medical history, family history, medications/supplements and reviewing previous labs/tests/radiology reports that you provide. We will also conduct a full physical exam, a full panel of new labs, an InBody body composition analysis and a NeuroCatch neurocognitive assessment. We work with the client to design a health plan that includes the best recommendations aimed at optimizing your wellbeing and reducing the possibility of future illnesses. The plan will be centered around increasing longevity and health span. The cost of the in-depth consultation, initial labs, office assessment and health plan recommendation is included in the initial assessment fee. The Initial Assessment and care plan fee is $1,995. This fee does not include any medications, treatments, radiographical studies or additional testing that may be needed. If you are invited into our program, 50% of the initial assessment fee may be used towards any Tier Membership plan if you join within 30 days of the initial assessment.

Our care plans are designed to work with you in a very close and personal way. Executive Medicine is a concierge practice that offers superior service and a premium experience. We view ourselves as your health partner and as such, we spend a large amount of time getting to know and understand you and your goals. Each plan is individually created in cooperation with the client to help them reach their goals and achieve optimal results. Because of the individual attention we give to each client, we limit the number of clients we see so your care should never feel rushed.

Care plans are chosen by Executive Medicine according to the level of care needed.
*Client visits are scheduled by Executive Medicine staff in advance and according to availability. No walk-in visits will be allowed. Visits may be in person or virtual as selected by Executive Medicine.
Membership & Billing
After prepayment of a minimum six-month membership, care plans are billed monthly.
Members who pay annually receive a 10% discount (nine-month minimum if prorated)
Annual billing occurs on January 1st
Monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month
Prorated refunds are eligible after a six-month minimum membership
A second family member receives 30% off the lowest-tier plan

Visit Scheduling
- Client visits are scheduled in advance by Executive Medicine staff based on availability. Walk-in visits are not permitted.
- Visits may be conducted in person or virtually, at the discretion of Executive Medicine.

Membership Care Plan Tiers
Tier 1: Basic Care Plan
Designed for those who have no significant health problems and who would like to preserve and improve their health
Tier 2: Premier Care Plan
Designed for those who have more health problems that will require more provider involvement in planning and monitoring
Tier 3: Executive Care Plan
Designed for those who have major health problems or chronic diseases that will require significant provider planning and monitoring
Tier 4: Acute Care Plan
Designed for those in an acute or subacute crisis that requires immediate intervention on a critical timeline with more intensive needs (i.e. Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis Attack, Immediate Post Surgery Support, Chemotherapy Support, etc). This will often require daily or weekly therapy. Due to the large demand for the physician’s time and expertise as well as the high variability of the specific intervention(s) needed, the cost of this care plan is customized.
